This painting tells the story of two princesses who were raised in neighbouring kingdoms, taught from birth that duty came before desire and that princesses were destined to marry princes.

But the heart has never cared for the rules of kingdoms. The two princesses would meet in secret beside the lake that separated their lands, where crowns were forgotten and titles no longer mattered. There they spoke of dreams, laughed until the early morning sun rose, and imagined a world where love needed no permission. 

All prints come with a signed authenticity card confirming it is an official Rhylee Passfield original reproduction. Each is packaged in a protective sleeve in a rigid mailer.
